Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of PinSentinel, operated by Pay Attention LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
PinSentinel monitors public Google Business Profile signals and notifies you when they change. We aim to catch meaningful changes quickly and keep an accurate, timestamped record, but we do not control Google and cannot guarantee that every change is detected instantly or that a suspension will be prevented or reversed. PinSentinel is a monitoring and evidence-keeping tool. We do not file appeals on your behalf.
Your account
- You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.
- Only connect Google profiles you own or are authorized to manage. You can disconnect a connected profile at any time.
- Don't use the service to break the law or to monitor profiles abusively.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the interval you choose. Paid plans require a payment method up front, including during any trial. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active through the end of the paid period. Your evidence logs remain exportable.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Pay Attention LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
