No. Core monitoring works entirely from public data. Connecting Google is optional and only unlocks extra signals for the profiles you own.
Q. What exactly do you monitor without a Google login?

Q. What permissions do you request if I connect Google?
Connecting is optional and per-profile. We request the Google Business Profile scope (business.manage) for only the profile you connect, and you can revoke it anytime. It unlocks review text, performance metrics, verification state, and silently rejected edits.
Q. Can you get my suspended listing reinstated?
We don't file appeals, but we give you the timestamped evidence pack that makes your appeal far stronger, and we catch problems early so you can act before damage compounds.
Q. How fast are alerts?
Depends on your plan: from daily on Free down to every 15–30 minutes for critical events on Scale.
Q. How do you avoid false alarms?
Google's results fluctuate. Before any Critical alert fires, we run an immediate confirmation re-check from a separate request; only a change the re-check reproduces alerts you.
Q. Can I cancel and take my data?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your evidence logs export as PDF and CSV before or after cancellation, and the record is yours to keep.
