About

A named human, not a faceless dashboard.

PinSentinel is built and run by Nick Bartomeli, a software engineer, under Pay Attention LLC. There's no marketing team behind this page and no fabricated social proof, just one engineer who thinks losing your livelihood to a silent Google suspension is a solvable problem.

Why I built this

Earlier this year I had to help a number of family and friends work through issues with their small business listings. It was complicated and reactive. I thought there has to be a better way but there wasn't. So I built it.

A Google Business Profile is, for a lot of small businesses, the front door to their revenue. When it gets suspended, edited by a stranger, or quietly stripped of its reviews, the owner is usually the last to know, and by the time they find out, the damage is done and the clock on a slow appeal has already started.

I built PinSentinel to be the smoke detector for that front door: something that watches the profiles you depend on, tells you the moment something meaningful changes, and keeps an append-only, timestamped record so that if you ever have to appeal, you're not starting from memory. It works from public data with no Google login required, and it stays calm until there's a real reason not to be.

That's the whole pitch. If it sounds useful, see a sample Evidence Pack or start watching a profile for free. If you have a question, reach out. It comes to me.
