Privacy Policy
PinSentinel (“we”, “us”) is operated by Pay Attention LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile fields Google returns (name, email, profile image). We use these to authenticate you and send alerts.
- Monitoring data: the public business profiles you ask us to watch and the snapshots/changes we record for them. This is gathered from publicly available sources and does not require access to your Google account.
- Connected Google data (optional): if you explicitly connect a profile you own, we read only the fields needed for the enriched signals you turned on (e.g. review text, performance metrics, verification state). This is per-profile and revocable at any time.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store a customer/subscription reference, not your card number.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't share it with third parties except the processors we need to run the service (e.g. our hosting provider, Stripe for billing, and our email provider for alerts).
Your choices
- Disconnect a connected Google profile at any time to stop the enriched data access.
- Export your evidence logs as PDF/CSV before or after you cancel.
- Ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing support@pinsentinel.com.
